The girl in the picture has a dream. She treasured it for years, and saved and saved. She went without a holiday and then she went out one day and paid £100 for a top quality second hand drum kit. Yvonne Benett of Stainbridge Drive, Leeds works in a fashion shop by day and hits the drums in the evening. Now after a lot of hard practising, Yvonne wants a group, combo or band - but something good. “I’ve been mad keen on drums ever since I can remember,” said Yvonne. “I think I was 15 when I first realised it was what I really had to do.
